Last August we enjoyed a presentation by Zach Wilson, of the Iron County Land & Water Conservation Department, about his research on the American martens that live in the woods to the west of the lake. Recently he published these photos on Facebook that show a lot of activity around the bait he and his volunteers are monitoring. No martens yet, but – wow!
