In a follow-up to our discussions at the 2024 LOFA Annual Meeting and the Fall Board Meeting, LOFA VP and Fish Czar Dave Anderson, and a group of interested LOFA members and neighbors, met with WDNR Fisheries biologist Zach Lawson on January 10 at Beaver’s Resort. This is an excellent continuation of the work that was done by Kevin Gauthier and his staff on the Directed Lakes Survey conducted in 2023-2024 and presented to us at the Annual Meeting, and gives us a great start on some new projects that will preserve and enhance the quality of our lake for the future.
