In a normal year the LOFA Annual Picnic would have been happening right now as I’m writing this. Considering that it’s 62 degrees and raining, maybe this is OK after all! But while I feel safer staying at home, I sure do miss seeing my friends around the lake!
With 72 members on our mailing list, 12 of you voted through the link on our website to approve the budget for next year and the changes to the bylaws. Approval of the budget was unanimous; the vote to approve the bylaws was 11 in favor and 1 abstention.
The final board meeting for this year is scheduled for Sunday, September 6. Time and location will be announced when we get closer to the day.
