New AED is ready and waiting at Beaver’s
At the annual meeting on August 3, the LOFA membership approved the purchase of an Automated External Defibrillator, better known as an AED, to be kept in Beaver’s Resort in case of emergency. Thanks to the quick work of a few LOFA members, our new AED is now available there, right inside the back door. A sign will be posted outside the door soon. Thanks to Beaver’s for hosting it! Here’s hoping nobody ever needs to use it, but it’s good to know that it’s there, just in case.
